I started Launch Point after watching too many good local businesses lose work to worse competitors, not because their service was worse, but because their website was. A restaurant with a five-star kitchen and a site that hadn’t been touched since 2015. A contractor doing great work who couldn’t be found on Google because nobody ever set up his business profile. It happens constantly, and it’s completely avoidable.

Most web design work for small businesses follows the same broken pattern: a freelancer or agency builds a site, cashes the check, and disappears. Six months later something breaks, a plugin goes out of date, or the business needs a simple update, and there’s nobody to call. The owner is left Googling “web developer near me” all over again.
